Repo moved to new project: dev.azure.com/Chief7/GCVideo
1. Go to GCVideo project → Pipelines → New Pipeline → Azure Repos Git → GCVideo repo → Existing YAML → azure-pipelines.yml
2. After creating pipeline, go to Edit → Variables → Add:
   Name: AZURE_STATIC_WEB_APPS_API_TOKEN
   Value: (get from Azure portal → Static Web Apps → gamechanger.video → Manage deployment token)
   ✓ Check "Keep this value secret"

Without this, every page I push daily never goes live on the site.

GCV-2Submit sitemap to Google Search Console

Go to: search.google.com/search-console
Add property → URL prefix → https://gamechanger.video/
Verify ownership (HTML tag method — paste 1 line, tell me the code and I'll add it)
Then: Sitemaps → Submit → https://gamechanger.video/sitemap.xml

Without this, Google indexing takes weeks instead of days.

HAM-1Add GitHub secrets to HamDeals repo

Go to: GitHub → hamdeals repo → Settings → Secrets and variables → Actions → New repository secret
Add: PRICE_CHECK_SECRET = afcff94cfe720e9178b0d39a219c6200e73ca4fb0cf9731488bd62980789da50
Add: AZURE_STATIC_WEB_APPS_API_TOKEN = (see HAM-2 below for the value)

Without these, price checking and deal discovery workflows silently skip every run.
